Dojran Steel sites are in Nikolic, Republic of North Macedonia, close to Dojran, almost 80 km from Thessaloniki. The Company is active in the steel products manufacturing sector. Following the completion of a series of investments, the Dojran Steel unit includes:
\n\u2022 Long products rolling mill: 200,000 tons
\n\u2022 Annual production capacity of the welded meshes production unit: 25,000 tons
\n\u2022 Annual production capacity of the plaited galvanised rolls and gabions production unit: 8,500 tons
\n\u2022 Annual production capacity of the copper-plated electrodes production unit: 2,500 tons<\/p>\n
In addition to the needs in concrete reinforcing steel products in Republic of North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, Dojran Steel’s production covers the need for round and for light square section rods in the Greek market and other spot markets. At the same time, the plant’s privileged location, offers favourable conditions for the import of raw materials and the sale of finished products, with low transportation costs.
