SIDENOR is the only Greek manufacturer of merchant bars. It keeps a complete range of products in stock, thus ensuring very short delivery times both within Greece and to other European countries where it does business. The prestige of SIDENOR’s name, the internationally certified quality of merchant bars (ISO, IQ-NET, ELOT, U-Mark), the manufacturing know-how and flexibility, the large distribution network and the high quality services provided by SIDENOR through its representatives, are only some of the advantages that make SIDENOR the company with the largest market share in Greece.
Merchant bars are produced at the SIDENOR plant in Thessaloniki , which produces the majority of the range, and at the STOMANA SA plant in Pernik, Bulgaria , which produces angles, UPNs and rounds of larger dimensions.
SIDENOR’s position in the merchant bars market is reinforced significantly by the leading position and the nationwide sales and distribution network of its representative, SIDMA SA, a company with long-standing tradition, experience and know-how in steel product manufacturing and marketing, as well as by the leading position of ANTIMET SA in Crete.
At the same time, through its export departments, SIDENOR is increasingly active in the markets of the Balkans and Cyprus , where it has already gained significant market shares.
